Project scope, timelines, deliverables, pricing, and payment schedules are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. In the event of conflict, the signed commercial agreement prevails.

All fees must be paid as agreed. Delayed or failed payments may result in suspension of work, delayed delivery, or termination of services in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Any client-provided content, access credentials, or approvals must be supplied on time. APN Codix is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs, change requests, or dependencies outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client only after full and final payment of all applicable invoices. APN Codix retains rights to pre-existing know-how, frameworks, and reusable components.

Both parties must keep confidential information private and use it only for legitimate business purposes. Confidentiality obligations survive completion or termination of the engagement as per applicable law and contract.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law and explicit contractual commitments. APN Codix disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APN Codix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.

For payment-related matters, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, along with the rules of the payment partner used for transaction processing.

APN Codix may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
