Delete your StartLine account
How to permanently remove your StartLine account and synced data from APN Codix.
This page explains how users of StartLine (the Android app published by APN Codix) can delete their account and associated data. StartLine is a productivity app for planning your day, tasks, inbox notes, focus sessions, and optional voice notes.
How to delete your account in the app 1. Open StartLine on your device. 2. Sign in with the email and password (or Google account) linked to your account. 3. Open Settings (gear icon). 4. Scroll to the “Danger zone” section. 5. Tap Delete account. 6. Read the confirmation messages and confirm deletion when prompted. After confirmation, deletion is processed on our servers. You will be signed out and will need to create a new account if you want to use StartLine again.
What data is deleted When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your account and synced data associated with your user ID, including where applicable: • Account identifiers and profile information stored on our servers • Planner and timeline data (scheduled blocks and related content) • Tasks and task-related data synced to our servers • Inbox notes and related metadata synced to our servers • Voice recordings and media files stored for your account on our servers • Push notification registration (device token) linked to your account • Authentication records required to sign you in (including Firebase Authentication used for email/password and Google sign-in) Data stored only on your device (for example, a local export you saved yourself) is your responsibility to remove by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on your device.
Data retention after deletion We process deletion promptly. Limited technical logs or encrypted backups may be retained for a short period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, after which they are deleted or no longer associated with you. We do not use deleted account data for marketing.
If you cannot access the app If you cannot sign in or use the in-app Delete account option, email us from the same address registered on your account: support@apncodix.com Subject line: StartLine account deletion request Include: the email address on your account and a clear request to delete your StartLine account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the email before processing the request.
